Pam Loos
Preschool Director |
Pam has been Director of St. Mary’s Preschool since 2002. She is a graduate of the University of
Tennessee/Martin and is a parishioner at Immaculate Conception
Catholic Church. She and her husband, Dave, have three children:
Daniel is a student at St. Mary’s Catholic School; Olivia and
Katie Grace both attend St. Mary’s Preschool.

Sally Tranberg

Ms. Sally has been with the Preschool since 1990. She and her
husband have two grown sons – Thomas is a police officer and
Timothy is a student at Clarksville’s Austin Peay State
University. |
Mary Hamilton
Teacher, 1 year olds |
Ms. Mary previously worked as a substitute teacher
for St. Mary's Preschool, as well as providing home
child care. She is currently working toward
her Bachelor's Degree from the University of
Phoenix. Ms. Mary and her husband have three
sons, including Nathan who attends SMP. |
Marisela Johnson
Teacher,
2 year olds |
Marisela worked with the one-year-olds before she
began her days as the two-year-olds teacher. She is
a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and is
married with three children who have all attended
St. Mary's Preschool. |
Amanda Brown
Teacher
Assistant, 2 year olds |
Ms.
Amanda has been a member of Immaculate Conception
parish since moving to Clarksville from southern
Indiana in 2007. She works in the church
nursery, and was a substitute at St. Mary's
Preschool prior to coming on board as one of
the 2-year-old Teacher Assistants. Ms. Amanda
and her husband, Greg, have two daughters, and she
enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with
family and friends.

Denise Johnson

Ms.
Denise has been in Clarksville for a number of years
and is a member of Immaculate Conception Church. She
has worked with children for almost 30 years; this
includes working in day care centers, religious
education, and homeschooling four of her six
children. She looks forward to teaching two year
olds who are ready to take on the world!

Debbie Flowers

A Clarksville native, Ms. Debbie has been with St. Mary’s
Preschool for 20 years and currently teaches one of the
three-year-old classes. She is also a member of Immaculate
Conception Church. She and her husband, David, have three grown
sons – two of which are still nearby at Austin Peay State
University. |

Courtney Pruett
Teacher Assistant, 3 year oldss |
Ms. Courtney is originally from
Clarksville, and is currently working on her
Bachelor's Degree in Education. She worked in
two child-care facilities before joining the St.
Mary's Preschool staff as a Teacher's Assistant for
Ms. Debbie's 3-year-old classes, and has also been a
Massage Therapist for 8 years.. She and her
husband, Marc, have three children.

Tammy Miller

Ms. Tammy has her degree in Early
Education from Ohio State University, with an
emphasis in Early Childhood. Before joining
the St. Mary's Preschool staff, she taught
pre-school and Kindergarten.She grew up as a
"military brat" living all over the world, and has
been happy to call Tennessee her home for the past 7
years. She and her husband, Troy, have two
sons.

Ms. Jenna is filling many
needs at St. Mary's Preschool -- assisting in the
MTW 3-year-old class, as well as with Pre-K and
Music. She was previously a Special Needs Aide
at Clarksville High School, and enjoys working with
children and going to the beach!

Susan Rudolph

Twenty-one years ago Ms. Susan began teaching the four-year-olds
at St. Mary’s Preschool when her five-year-old daughter wanted
to take dance lessons. She is still with us and is dedicated to
giving children a jumpstart into the world of learning in a fun
and creative way. She is a graduate of Austin Peay State
University and has raised three children – now grown and/or in
college, but all past students of the Preschool. |
Lori Akscin –

Originally from Long Island, NY where she went to college, Ms.
Lori is married, enjoys working with children and has a real
fondness for all animals. |

Ms. Susan is another
Clarksville native and teaches three-year-olds at
the preschool. She is a graduate of Austin Peay and
on the weekends teaches Sunday School at the First
Baptist Church here in Clarksville. She is a
familiar face at the Preschool, serving as a
substitute teacher for five years. Ms. Susan is
married with three children who all attended St.
Mary’s Preschool and kindergarten. |

Leslie Durham

Ms. Leslie has lived
in Clarksville her whole life. She has a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education and is
currently working on her Master's Degree. She
loves working with children, and teaching them how
to make beautiful music!

Edie Spencer
Custodian
|
Ms. Edie has been working at Immaculate Conception since 1990. A
native of Berlin, Germany she first arrived in the states in
1960 and to Clarksville in 1976. She and her husband have three
children, two grandchildren and a spoiled little dog! |

to St. Mary’s Preschool and thank you for visiting
us on the web! Established in 1976, we provide
preschoolers an active and structured learning
curriculum well-known for its high standards in
preparing children for kindergarten and beyond. Our
cheerful learning environment develops your child
emotionally, intellectually, socially, physically
and cognitively. Classes are fun while reinforcing
skills in each area of development.
Children who are age one, two, three and four by September 30th
may enroll in St. Mary’s Preschool for the 1's, 2's, 3's and 4's
classes respectively.
